Trench crossing units

Trench Crossing Units enable greater widths of trench to be bridged than road plates. They are capable of carrying single vehicles conforming to the Construction and Use Regulations such as cars, buses and lorries up to 40 tonnes Gross Vehicle Weight.

Trench Crossing Units are available with an anti-skid surface, which increases the weights by approximately 10kg/m².

• 6mm - 13mm thick

dura-BASE mats

The 2.44 x 4.27 (8ft x 14ft) mats are made of high density polyethylene and provide a strong, durable, uniform surface that can be used to provide access over soft ground and environmentally sensitive areas.

The built-in tread pattern improves traction for load-bearing vehicles and the interlocking system reduces the chance of drift or slippage. The 108mm thick mats distribute weight over a large surface area to the ground below, while remaining stable and strong in all weather conditions.
